Holding Hands

Audrey and I hit up the library downtown today and happened to be there just as the story hour for "Terrific Twos" was beginning. The librarian, who has known Audrey since she was 6 months old, alerted us to the event. Yay! I love luck like that, when things just "work out". At the end of story time (theme was friendship in honor of MLKJr.), we did Ring-Around-The-Rosie. Everyone was to hold hands. Now, Audrey has never been one for holding hands unless it's with me, James, or Nana. But today? Little Miss reached out and held the boy's hand next to her. So cute! Now she's hooked on Ring-Around-The-Rosie. Who needs the gym when you have a toddler?
