Baking Failure
If one is armed with a bread machine, a bread machine cookbook and all necessary ingredients, shouldn't the bread turn out atleast edible? Apparently not. Below is yesterday's attempt at zucchini bread. This has to be one of my worst (best?) failures ever!!!

Hrm. Some kind of "artisan bread", which is usually pretty crunchy!
something got left out or an ingredient was past it's prime :) You should see my yeast loaves when I forget to put the yeast in... am ashamed to admit how often it has happened.
